Charging: Our electric path 6,400 km after India
Electric path through India, commitment to sustainable energy, commitment to a greener future. In 14 days of our travel, my wife and I went from Bangalore to various iconic destinations, such as Rann of Kutch, Jaisalmer, and everyone covers the diversity of our country and many challenges when driving an electric vehicle. From charging infrastructure to scenic routes, each leg of the road has strengthened our obligation to reduce our track.
Sustainability is not just something we’re talking about – that’s how we live. Between our two electric cars (TATA CURVV and Mercedes EQB), electric motorcycle, 14-kilowatt solar setting at home and a house full of more than 300 plants, not green is just a choice; It’s a lifestyle. This path was our way to prove that electric travel is not only possible – it is practical, fun and the future. We have our day inspires more people to accept sustainable travel.
While we are sometimes there challenges that drive an electric car on an epic cross-country road, we find enough charging stations-translated stations added to the excimion and spontaneity of the path. We found that we encourage the charging stations that we support with restaurants and rest us to take breaks, reduce the fatigue and make the way more pleasant.
The joy of the inferior
The highlight of the road is that it is completely unplanned. In our minds and roads we ran only from Kutch and Jaisalmer and stayed on the way outside of spontaneity. For this journey, we chose Tata CurvV due to ease in terms of maintenance in any emergency. We tried to charge mostly in Tata Power, wherever it is available, but most others, because they are FAC compared to TATA loaders. Charging at 120 kWh Fast Changer is so refreshing that it charges 20% to 80% in less than 20 minutes.

Our journey started in Bangalore and left late afternoon at 16:30. Until 8:30 we reached Tirupati. After charging our electric vehicle at the Taj Hotel (Tata Power Station, 37 kW), we stayed overnight with my sister and marked the first stage of our exciting trip.
Day 2: Tirupati on Nellore (135 km)
We spent the day in Nellore, where we threw our children and fizzy (dog) in their big parents’ house. Before they continued their way, we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the same quality of the family.

After we left Nellore, we stopped in Ongo to see several friends while charging. We stopped in Rumperle for a quick charge, then we continued Hyderabad, where we arrived until 18:00. We stayed on Friends Place and added a vehicle to TML Select in Alkapuri (Tata Power).
Day 4: Hyderabad to Ellora caves and then to Dhule (764 km)
We set out prematurely and debated on this road through Maharashtra to Kutch, or the one who is heading to Jaisalmer. We decided on the form and took the detour to Ellora caves, stopped in Basavakalyan and put on the way. We reached Ellory, a 600 km ride, late afternoon we explored the caves and the Chrisneswar temple before we went to Dhule for the night. During dinner he is accused of Ellora’s resort in Ello.
Day 5: Dhule on the statue of unity and Mehsan (568 km)
After a relaxing stay overnight in a nice hotel and a nice breakfast and a quick fee in Dhule, we set out on a statue of unity in Gujarat. We reached by 15:00, spent an afternoon tour of the statue and other attractions nearby, while we re -charged our vehicle in the shoulder. Then we continue to Mehsany for a night stay after charging in Kalol while eating.
Day 6: Mehsana to Rann of Kutch (355 km)
The journey to Rann of Kutch was one of the most memorable of our journey. We will charge our vehicle in Radhampur and continued our journey 245 km to the Rann Utsav area. When we drove a huge, endless white desert, we felt as if we were in another world. We arrived at Kutch Rann until 16:30, charging a car in Mobiline before we went out to explore the white desert and catch the night views. If the only charging station does not work in the morning Utsav, then the backup plan was to drive 82 km per bude for charging, which would be a detour. We stayed at the Stant City for the night and enjoyed cultural programs and traditional food. The following morning we caught the stunning sunrise through the desert.
Day 7: Rann of Kutch to Burmer (475 km)
We started from Rann from Kutch and walked through the picturesque Radhampur route. Along the way we visited the place of Dholvira Harappan Civilization and stopped at the Shivaay Hotel in Thada. After another rapid load in Sanchuh and dinner we arrived at Bamar events, ready to relax.
Day 8: Bamer on Jaisalmer (166 km)
We left Bamar early and arrived in Jaisalmer until 11:30. We charged the car at the Hotel Gowrabandha Palace before we went to the Jaisalmer Fortress and other close attractions. The city with architecture colored sand was a sign. After some shopping, we headed to Desert Camp in Sam, where we stayed in neat and clean tents overnight, enjoying cultural programs and tasty food.
Day 9: Jaisalmer Desert Safari and Longewal and to Pachpatra (558 km)
In the morning, the thrilling desert safari and the camel ride in the Sam desert began. Then we decided to visit Longgewal, a place with a significance of historical significance as a result of the war in India-Pakistan from 1961. My wife’s father had sentimental ties to a place when he was sent in Jaisalmer. We will visit the Longewal Museum and pick up several souvenirs. Then we returned to Jaisalmer and charged the car before starting my trip. We reached the lease for stay overnight. For some reason, we set out on a high road and ended up in a nervous drive, as we saw more than 100 km in this dark playground, but sailed safely into the leaf and stayed overly.
Day 10: Funcader to Ujjain (658 km)
We left the leaf and went to Ujjain. We reached UDAIPUR for a short stop, where we charged and dinner. Due to time restrictions, we did not visit the UDAIPur fortress, but we enjoyed lunch and ride around the city. In the evening we headed for Ujjain for a short rest and next morning we planned to visit the temple of Mahakaleshwar. During the dining we charged in Malgalwaad during refreshments and in Dhodar.
Day 11: Ujjain to Khamgaon (390 km)
Early in the morning we will visit the temple of Mahakaleshwar in Ujjain before we head to IndOR for a fee and breakfast. Then we went to the temple Omkareshwar, but because of the hard hurry we were stopped 4 km ago, we had to take the car Rikša and after reaching we said that Darshan would take hours. Since I visited the temple earlier, we have decided to head for Hyderabad to New Year’s Eve Celebration Intead. The road from Omkareshwar to Maharastho was very rough. We reached Khamgaon until 19:30 for charging and dining. Occasionally, we were thinking of staying overnight or continuing Hyderabad and deciding later.
Day 12: Khamgaon do Hyderabad (570 km)

Day 13: Hyderabad this Nellore (480 km)
After we had a nice breakfast while charging and also visited a few friends in Hyderabad, we started our day to Nellore at 13:30. We reached Nellore until 8:30 pm, while we were briefly charged in Ongola along the way. He met his family again.
Day 14 and 15: Quality Time with Family and Friends
Nothing exciting exceptions, which for the first time with the children for the first time do not consider our fizzy (dog) to the beach.
Day 16: Nellore to Tirupati and Bangalore (390 km)
He started the last leg of our day from Nellore to Bangalore and stopped in Tirupati for charging and lunch with his sister family.
Back
This trip 6.400 kilometers around India in an electric vehicle was more than just a path-the adventure that combined the survey, sustainability and shared passion for driving. Every stop along the road, from the quiet white deserts of Kutch to the historic sands of Jaisalmer and the spiritual Jyotirlingas, added a unique layer to our experience.
The highlight of this trip was stunning rides through the huge white deserts and golden sand dunes. These picturesque routes reminded us of the beauty of different Indian landscapes and why it depends on the way.
This trip reaffirmed our confidence in the potential of electric vehicles to support long -term travel and reduce our carbon footprint. That’s why we made a trip to Bhimavaram on a 1600 km trip to celebrate Sankranthi/Pongal.
On this journey, we have proved ourselves – and hopefully others – there are long ways in electric vehicles practical, pleasant and aligned with the vision of the greener future. And when we focused on our next adventure, potentially Maha Kumbh had, we hope to inspire more people to accept sustainable energy solutions and explore the world with environmentally friendly thinking.
After all, it is not just the destinations we achieve; These are memories we create and the impact we leave.
